I started Talent Hunting because I kept seeing the same problem: companies struggling to find senior technical talent who could actually deliver, especially when it comes to upgrading legacy systems or scaling engineering teams.
My background is in clinical research, which taught me how to assess evidence, ask the right questions, and spot what others miss. I apply that same rigour to recruitment. I'm not interested in keyword matching or volume hiring. This is a boutique operation: every search is tailored and personal. I focus on understanding what a role actually requires, then finding people who can do it and who'll thrive in your environment.
I work across tech, engineering, and AI, with particular strength in legacy modernisation. That means data architects, systems engineers, process engineers: people who can untangle complexity, not just talk about it.
I find candidates through direct outreach and methodical sourcing. My focus is on three things: technical depth, cultural alignment, and whether someone's genuinely motivated by the work you're doing.
