I’m Alice, co-founder of Talent Hunting, which I launched alongside an experienced and gifted design expert. Together, we set out to build a recruitment agency that truly understands the needs of designers and the companies looking for them.
My background is in clinical research, where I developed a sharp eye for detail, organization, and understanding complex requirements. But what really drives me is to understand what makes people tick and helping them find the perfect fit—whether it’s a talented designer for your team or a project that matches a creative’s vision.
